The host was great with communication and very responsive. It was during the fall, so most of the attractions were closed, but we appreciated the slower pace while walking around and seeing the area. With 2 hot tubs, being outside at the same time was not an issue. There were people in other units during our stay but we barely heard them or knew they were there.

We even watched windsurfing on the windy day. The award-winning Turning Stone Casino Resort is nestled in the heart of Central New York. The tribal property located in Verona, New York, is owned and operated by the Oneida Indian Nation, a federally recognized tribe of Oneida people. The views from the 3rd floor were spectacular and made up for having to climb the stairs lol. Named 1 Best Overall Gaming Resort in 2020 by Casino Player magazine, Turning Stone Resort Casino lived up to its name. We enjoyed using the grill on the patio and eating with a view. The host left us dishwasher and laundry soap, both bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body soaps in pump-bottles in the showers, dish soap, towels for all needs, garbage bags, a spice rack, and other spices in the cupboard. The bedrooms were large, except for the room with 2 beds, but even that had enough room to maneuver. The couch was comfy, TV was great, table fit us all, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The openness of the 3rd floor allowed us to be together but not on top of each other.

The property was even better than we expected. Our stay in the Penthouse at Sylvan Beach was EXCELLENT!!
